Education Support For Ukrainian Families

My Online Schooling are delighted to be offering education support for Ukrainian families who have been affected by the conflict in Ukraine.

The impact of the conflict taking place in Ukraine is far reaching. During this crisis the continuity of education for learners is vital. Education is, and should always be, a place of safety and stability. A place where students can work together to build a better and brighter future. My Online Schooling’s mission remains to empower pupils to thrive in their endeavours. We are keen to spread awareness of our free education support for Ukrainian families whose access to education has been interrupted.

My Online Schooling is offering tuition free education for children affected by the conflict. There will be no charges or deposits for enrolment or tuition fees. We are offering places in both our Junior and Secondary schools for our academic courses, and in our new English as an additional language courses with Lingua Connect

How Many Spaces Are Available?

There are currently 100 free education spaces available at our school, and we are offering these on a first come first serve basis. These places are available now, and we will continue to offer them into the first term of the new academic year.

The courses we have to offer will vary depending on year group and key stage. Years 3 - 6 (ages 7 - 11) will be offered the full school package, whereas pupils in years 7-9 (ages 11 - 14) will be offered places in English, Maths and Science only.

How to Apply

Families who wish to receive education support are welcome to submit an application enquiry through the dedicated page on our website.

You are eligible to apply if your child is a:

  • Ukrainian national residing in Ukraine
  • Ukrainian national or resident currently displaced, or have fled Ukraine since the 1st of February 2022

When applying, we will ask you for proof of ID to verify Ukrainian nationality or residency. Our support page shows what documents are eligible for submission. If you need any more information, our admissions team are on hand to support.

To ensure that pupils have no issues accessing the curriculum we require that they have a high level of English fluency. This will only be a prerequisite for our My Online Schooling lessons. Children who wish to enrol in the Lingua Connect courses do not need to be fluent.

My Online Schooling is a global community, keen to support as many families as possible during this crisis. If you are, or if you know of any Ukrainian young persons or families who would greatly benefit from our educational support we highly recommend that you contact us, or send an enquiry through our dedicated support page linked below.
